Lindsey Braik, an accomplished executive coach with over 35 years in human resources and talent development across European sectors, focuses on building adaptive organizations through empathetic leadership and resilient cultures that sustain long-term performance. With ICF PCC, CPHM, and ACIL certifications earned from executive positions in finance, industrial, medical, and services, she has designed customized programs that improve behavioral skills, manage transitions, and enhance inclusion, informed by her practical entrepreneurial involvement in her family's French cake design business, which honed her ability to merge strategy with actionable innovation.

Lindsey's role in the EPIC Alliance leverages her expertise in talent strategies to support startups in developing inclusive teams (Empower), enhancing external branding (Present), fostering creative environments (Innovate), and delivering on commitments (Commit) from ideation to maturity. Her ICF-accredited training programs integrate seamlessly with the EPIC Model for practical ateliers, while her focus on measurable outcomes like retention rates bolsters the EPIC Compass, providing frameworks for team health assessments and insights into ESG factors that influence investment viability and sustainable returns.

CRISTELLE BRETNACHER

Innovation and Transformation Lead

Cristelle Bretnacher, a strategic leadership coach and multi-investor in blockchain, AI, crypto, and Web3 startups, combines nearly 15 years in financial sector HR, employment law, and negotiations with neuroscience-informed coaching to enable resilient organizational change. As a former senior negotiator representing Luxembourg banks at national and European levels, she secured mediations, reached agreements trade unions. Holding ICF ACC and ACTC (fully trained, pending approval), she applies emotional intelligence and self-awareness to guide leaders in multicultural, innovative ecosystems.

 

Cristelle's involvement in the EPIC Alliance harnesses her negotiation and investment experience to help startups cultivate efficient leadership (Empower), refine stakeholder narratives (Present), leverage emerging tech (Innovate), and align on execution (Commit) for scalable success. Her high-stakes negotiation experience informs the EPIC Model's ateliers by addressing practical challenges like team alignment, conflict resolution, and operational scaling, while her metrics-focused approach enhances the EPIC Compass with tools for tracking growth indicators and performance efficiency.

Agile and Scalability Strategist

Adrien Muller, an agile transformation expert, draws on over a decade of experience guiding teams through complex software development and organizational changes, resulting in streamlined operations and accelerated growth for tech-driven enterprises. As a former Senior Consultant and Agile Coach at Agile Partner, he delivered keynotes on agility and Scrum, such as interactive sessions at the WordPress Luxembourg Community launch, where he introduced practical, engaging methods to integrate agile practices, boosting team efficiency and adaptability in fast-paced settings. A committed Software Craftsman and trainer, Adrien has transformed struggling teams into high-performing ones by addressing technical debt, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and implementing scalable execution strategies that have proven effective in real-world scenarios across dynamic industries.

Adrien's contributions to the EPIC Alliance draw from his track record in scaling agile frameworks, enabling startups to strengthen internal leadership (Empower), build market credibility (Present), drive technological disruption (Innovate), and execute with precision (Commit) across all growth stages. Through hands-on facilitation in events like play14, he brings proven methodologies to the EPIC Model's workshops, while his experience in metrics-driven transformations supports the EPIC Compass for tracking KPIs like team velocity and scalability—offering incubators structured tools for portfolio optimization and VCs reliable data for due diligence on operational resilience.
